Bihar Paramedical Entrance Exam: What Is It?

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board administers the Bihar Paramedical Entrance Exam. This test, which is multidisciplinary in nature, is given to students enrolled in the various paramedical programs by Bihar’s colleges and institutes. The exam is given to students who are enrolled in bachelor’s degree programs in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, medical laboratory technology, radio imaging technology, B.Sc. nursing, ophthalmic technology, pharmacy, or courses that are comparable courses offered annually and are offline, or pen and paper-based. The test lasts for 4.5 hours and consists only of objective-style questions.

Qualifications for the Bihar Paramedical Entrance Exam

Eligibility for a qualification

  • The candidate should have earned a 12th-grade diploma from a Bihar-accredited school.
  • Physics, Chemistry, and Biology should all be passed in the 12th grade.
  • The minimum age for applicants is 17, while the maximum age is 32.
  • The maximum age for GNM and ANM courses is 35 years old.
  • Candidates who are now enrolled in 12th grade may also apply.
  • Residence Qualification
  • Parents must be Bihar residents with a domicile.
  • Parents must be officially recognized as Bihar refugees or former Bihar government workers with transferrable positions in Bihar or Jharkhand.
  • Candidates whose parents are Government of India employees who are stationed in Bihar or Central Government/PSU-run factories/institutions founded in Bihar.

Bihar Paramedical Exam for Registration

  • To apply, go to www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, the BCECE’s official website, where you can obtain the application form or submit it online.
  • You must register using your mobile number and email address.
  • Your User ID and password will then be sent to you through Emil/SMS.
  • Return to the official website to activate your account using the code or details from your email or SMS.
  • You must fill out all of your information, including your schooling, after signing. Then, add a current, ideally colored photo of yourself along with a scanned Hindi or English signature.
  • Then go through your form again checking that the information is being entered or not.
  • You then verify and send your form.
  • You will then be taken to a page where you may pay your application fees either offline or online.
  • NEFT challans are used offline, and credit/debit cards or net banking are used online.
  • One must successfully download the completed application and keep it for use in the following steps after making a payment. Then, add a current, ideally colored photo of yourself along with a scanned Hindi or English signature.
  • Then go through your form again checking that the information is being entered or not.
  • You then verify and send your form.
  • You will then be taken to a page where you may pay your application fees either offline or online.

For the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (paramedical) Group, Bihar Paramedical Entrance exam application fee is INR 500 for SC/ST applicants and INR 1000 for general and EBC applicants.
